The Cane Patch development project, now known as Uptown Bistro and Sugar Life, is a combined site of 3 acres near the Dunes Club section of Myrtle Beach. As the project site subcontractor, we fully developed this site including: clearing and stripping of existing vegetation, existing asphalt demolition, retention pond excavation, swash dredging, water, fire line, and sanitary sewer systems, site grading and drainage. The storm water system includes (3) ADS StormTech underground storm water detention systems.
