Since 1990 we have been delivering water and sanitary sewer utilities on both municipal and private projects up and down the east coast with an understanding for the advancements in technology and industry standards.
Grading & Drainage
Our knowledge and expertise in storm water has led us to the installation of state-of-the-art drainage systems in vulnerable ecosystems. We continue to strive towards building responsibly while yielding the best job possible.
Site Development
​Our infrastructure consists of providing a base for complex, physical, organizational structures, and facilities. We provide roadway infrastructure, site work, tree clearing and grubbing, subgrading, drainage, base preparation; along with supplying fill, top soil, sand, and aggregate.

Chaves Enterprises is a family-owned business that has been in site development for both the public and private sector since 1990. We specialize in pipe installation, as well as offer a full range of excavation, clearing and grading, masonry, infrastructure, and general earth moving activities. Chaves Enterprises is committed to the highest quality service through accurate, thorough estimating; and on-schedule, on-budget execution of each project. Our primary office is located in Conway, SC as we proudly serve both North and South Carolina.
